How to Design Products People Love
How to Design Products People Love
Science shows that people fall in love with products in basically the same way we fall in love with other people. So just like with a person, a sustainable relationship with a product needs to be valuable, balanced, emotional, and satisfying.
So I've taken those aspects of human-human relationships and built my UX playbook around it. And in this course, I share my UX playbook with you.
The Ladder of Sustainable Engagement is my framework for crafting products and services that provide meaningful value, have a balanced rhythm, embody an emotional personality, and endure over time. It's the foundation of my UX design & research playbook. And I've developed it over 20 years of working with different startups & businesses like Philips, ING, Land Life Company, and WaitWhat.
This course is a series of video lectures and practical exercises. You can download free design tools for the exercises, and I'm happy to provide feedback on your work as you go!
