Consider The Relation Courses C T H R A G
This relation is between three courses that all contribute to a complete understanding of the history and culture of the ancient world. The courses are C (Classical Studies), T (Theology), and H (History of Religion and Antiquity). Each course provides students with a comprehensive overview of the ancient world’s history and culture, giving them a well-rounded understanding of the area. By taking all three courses, students gain a deep knowledge base of the people, places, and events that have shaped the ancient world. C provides an overview of the political, social, and philosophical foundations of the ancient Mediterranean world. It highlights the development of the major city-states, the impact of Alexander the Great, and the emergence of the Roman Empire. T examines religious traditions from the ancient Mediterranean, Near East, and Egypt, emphasizing their cultural, intellectual, and artistic expressions. H covers the history of religions and antiquity from its origins to the fall of Rome, including their relevance in modern cultural, intellectual, and religious contexts. By taking all three courses, students can gain an excellent overview of the ancient world and its impact on the modern world.
